Created in 1996, the Management and Finance Company "CGF" is a financial company accredited as a stock broker firm.

The company's core shareholder is composed of personalities from the business world as well as an institutional partner, the Tunisian Insurance Group "GAT" which is one of the major actors in the insurance field in Tunisia.

The development of the CGF during the latest years goes in parallel with the development of the Tunisian financial market.
